Blenheim 7K

Sun, 08 May 2016, 11:00 - 13:00

THE EVENT

The Blenheim 7k run is one of the most scenic there is. Runners support local charities and in 2016 there is a big team supporting Sobell House in its 40th year. Others are supporting the Spinal Injuries Association. There is a main 7k race and also a 1 mile for juniors and 4 miles for wheelchairs and buggies.

VOLUNTEER

This event is also seeking 30 volunteers to help on the day. We need volunteers to marshal the runners around the course and cheer them on. Once the event is over you are free to spend the rest of the day enjoying the grounds of Blenheim Palace. You would need to be able to arrive at the Palace by 9.30 am. There is parking.

Anyone who has timing experience would be specially welcome to help with results for the junior race. Volunteers will also receive free entry to the grounds of Blenheim palace & refreshments.

Please email Sarah Airey sarah.airey@thebuzzworks.co.uk or phone 07855 086447 or register your interest here.

Visit the website: www.blenheim7k.co.uk and see entry form attached below.
