Mental Health Support

When you're living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information - about a condition, treatment options, or practical issues - is vital.

Oxfordshire has a range of organisations which can offer support and advice

NHS Health Tools - Self Assessment

How happy are you?

Good mental wellbeing - some people call it happiness - is about more than avoiding mental health problems. It means feeling good and functioning well. This tool uses WEMWBS, a scale which is often used by scientists and psychologists to measure wellbeing. You can obtain your wellbeing score by completing the wellbeing self assessment on the NHS Choices Website.

Check your Mood

We all expect to get a cold or sore throat from time to time but when it comes to the way we feel emotionally, it can be hard to recognise or admit that we're not feeling 100%.

This questionnaire is designed to recommend some excellent resources to help you better understand how you feel.

Do you have a sleep problem?

Most people experience problems with sleep in their life. In fact, it's thought that a third of Brits will have episodes of insomnia at some point.
